the superior king room suited my needs quite well. i appreciated the eco-friendly approach adopted throughout the facilities.
I found that the bathroom could use some improvement. a waste pipe leaked from the sink. I reported it, but the problem persisted throughout my stay. hand soap was also missing in the bathroom.

The hotel location was great, especially its proximity to the South Pier. Our room was well furnished throughout. The family room proved very spacious. We also appreciated the breakfast. Tracey was very kind. She gave our kids a toy.

i appreciated the ideal location near the pleasure beach. The family room accommodated my family comfortably it was a bonus. Hosts welcomed us with a smile. They helped with queries i had.
The bathroom had a slight issue with the waste pipe, as it leaked when water was used. i reported it upon arrival, but it continued to leak when i left.

The staff were super friendly i was able to see it. Tony and chrissy were helpful too. They did everything they could for us. They served a very nice gluten free breakfast.

The location proved excellent. I enjoyed the short walk to the south pier. I also found a mini fridge and coffee and tea facilities in the room so useful. The lounge and dining area decorations seemed very quirky.
The bathroom sink waste pipe leaked each time water ran. I had to use the shower to wash my hands and I reported it, but no one looked at it. There was also no hand soap.

The hosts made extra efforts to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I found the service really good. They accommodated specific dietary needs very well.
